Terms of Service
General
1.A). Our enrolment and permissions form must be fully completed and signed by owners prior to attendance. 1.B). Online forms must be signed in person to confirm all information given to be accurate and legally binding. 1.C). All dogs must be micro chipped and wear a collar with a tag attached with your phone number and address, in accordance with UK law. 1.D). All dogs must be at least 3 months old to attend. 1.E). All dogs must be fully vaccinated up to date with current regulations, and be regularly flea/wormed. 1.F). Owners must provide a copy of up-to-date vaccination records to be kept on file. 1.G). All dogs must attend a ‘Meet and Greet’ and pass a behavioural assessment prior to attendance. 1.H). All dogs must be in good health to attend. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure their dog is well enough to attend. 1.I). It is the responsibility of the owner to inform us of sickness and illness, such as kennel cough. 1.J). We reserve the right to refuse care for your dog in the event we have concerns they have contagious illness, such as kennel cough. 1.K). In the event that a dog contracts a contagious illness, they must not attend for at least 2 weeks and/or provide a vets note to confirm they are healthy to attend. 1.L). We reserve the right to refuse care for your dog in the event they display worrying behaviour, aggression, possessiveness and/or excessive noise. Such as, but not limited to, food or toy aggression. 1.M). Owners must inform us if their dog has shown any aggression or worrying behaviour to other dogs or people. 1.N). Should your dog cause any damage or injury, owners will be responsible for any costs incurred. 1.O). Should your dog come into season, they will not be allowed to attend for the duration (3 weeks). 1.P). We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, damage or theft of items given prior to care. 1.Q). We take the greatest care with keys but in the event of loss or damage we cannot be held responsible. 1.R). We will keep your information on file and will not pass your details on to any third parties. 1.S). For data protection reasons, all GPS trackers must be removed before the dog attends. 1.T). Images and videos of your dog may be used in marketing material.
Emergency / Accident
2.A). In the event your dog should have an accident or fall ill whilst in our care, we reserve the right to take your dog to the vet. All charges of which will be passed on to owners account. 2.B). We cannot take responsibility for any loss, accident or injury, illness or death caused to any dog within our care.
Cancellations, Bookings and Payment
3.A). Holidays or long stays should be booked at least two weeks in advance. Other bookings can be made any time before booking date, but please try to give us as much notice as possible. 3.B). Ad-hoc spaces will be subject to change and availability; we will aim to give at least one week’s notice on changes and confirmations. 3.C). Low attendance of regular bookings could result in loss of regular space. We cannot keep a space open after absence longer than two weeks. 3.D). Cancellations must be made in writing, such as text and/or email, at least 2 weeks prior to the booking start date. Failure to do so may result a cancellation fee of 100% of booking cost. 3.E). We reserve the right to cancel care due to extreme weather, staff sickness or unforeseen circumstances. We will always aim to give as much notice as possible. 3.F). Our usual working hours are between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Any phone calls, emails, or texts may not be answered out of hours. 3.G). Doggy Daycare Bath is closed for a few short holiday periods throughout the year. Customers will receive notice of the dates well in advance. 3.H). We reserve the right to surcharge national holidays, Christmas/new year period and weekend care. 3.I). We only accept cash or bank transfer. We cannot accept cheques. 3.J). Invoices will be sent electronically every 4 or 5 weeks; we allow 5 working days to receive payment once invoices have been sent out. If your payment is overdue, you may be charged a late fee and interest accordingly. 3.K). Overdue payments could result in refusal of future care.
